The staff was friendly and professional. They were pretty good. I found the buffet breakfast to be excellent, with a wide array of choices. My room was very comfortable. It provided a great space to relax after a long day.

the hotel had easy access and clean facilities throughout. the staff seemed very friendly and helpful . i particularly enjoyed the breakfast, especially using the juice press to make my own juice.

the mattress felt quite firm and made it slightly less comfortable.

the location was acceptable easily accessed by public transportation.

i found the mini bar's absence of inclusive items annoying. this practice differs from other ihg hotels in this city. the downstairs lobby bar closed early during the week.. this just encouraged me to go elsewhere.

loud air conditioninggood buffet

i found the air conditioning in the room quite loud! it was hard to sleep even with ear plugs. because of this, i don't think i will be staying here again. it has good aspects, like a decent breakfast buffet, though, and a supermarket nearby is convenient.
